How far in advance do I need to book?
Our diary fills up fast, so we recommend at least 2 months to book in advance to avoid disappointment.
We also get last minute rescheduling, which we advertise on all social media platforms.
dOES THE SALON HAVE PARKING AVAILBILITY?
At the home salon there is parking, either outside the house or in the driveway.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
We require a 48 hour cancellation policy for all our services.
We appreciate your consideration to notify us, if rescheduling needs to be made.
Appointments cancelled less than 48 hours in advance, a charge of £15 will be added to your next appointment.
For the priority of our valued clients, time wasting and constant cancellations may require deposit in the future.
What happens if i'm late to my appointment?
If you know you will not be on time for your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment, to avoid cancellation charge to your future appointment.
What payments do you accept?
We accept card & cash.
Do you have a loyality scheme?
Every 10 visits, you'll receive a luxury cut & blow dry, free of charge.
Do you have a service guarantee?
We pride ourselves on customer satisfaction, we are passionate about maintaining a high standard of communication between clients & their hairstylists, However customer satisafcation is at the heart of what we do. So we offer a 24 hour complaint policy, in which any customer can return if they aren't a 100% happy and can have their results modified.
